Meet Cathy - Clinical Naturopath
My name is Cathy Phillips, and I’m a degree-qualified Naturopath (BHSc) with a special interest in women’s health conditions, hormonal balance, and integrative oncology. I have completed postgraduate training in Integrative Oncology, Functional Medicine, Women’s Heath Conditions and Peri and Post Menopause, which shapes the way I support clients through complex and often sensitive health journeys.
My approach blends science with genuine compassion, offering both the structure of evidence-based practice and nurturing, whole person support. I take the time to truly listen and tailor care to each individual, honouring the physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors that influence health and healing.
Clients often describe my approach as calm, deeply understanding, and empowering. I’m passionate about walking alongside people with warmth and integrity, helping them navigate complex health challenges with confidence and hope.
What is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy is a holistic system of healthcare that supports the body’s innate ability to heal by addressing the root causes of illness, rather than just the symptoms. It takes into account the complex relationship between mind, body, and spirit, as well as lifestyle, diet, environment, and emotional well-being.
Naturopathic treatment focuses on restoring balance (homeostasis) and promoting long-term health using a range of evidence-based therapies such as nutritional and lifestyle guidance, herbal medicine, flower essences, and targeted supplementation.
I work with you to develop personalised treatment plans that support your unique needs and health goals.
